There’s always something fun and exciting happening in Orlando Fl, especially during the most anticipated Independence Day celebrations here. Check out what’s happening in Orlando on the 4th of July to help you make your holiday plans with your family:



Red, Hot & Boom - July 3, 2015, 4PM-11PM @ Altamonte Springs
Red, Hot & Boom is on its 2oth year as one of the most exciting Independence Day celebrations happening in Orlando at Uptown Altamonte. Every year, people anticipate performances from big-time artists, food, and spectacular fireworks. This year’s performances include Shaggy, Vance Joy, Andy Grammer, Rachel Platten, Priory,  and Ryn Weaver. Fireworks will start lighting the Orlando sky at 9:30PM. 

Freedom on the Waterfront - July 3, 2015, 5PM @ Mount Dora’s Elizabeth Evans Park
On its second year, this event happens on July 3 and will feature live music, activities for kids, and fireworks at sundown. Food truck vendors will be available at the Elizabeth Evan’s Park.

Baldwin Park Independence Day Bash - July 3, 2015, 5:30PM-9:30PM @ Baldwin Park Village Center 
This event will start with a festival at the Village Center at 5:30PM and end with a choreographed fireworks display that will light up the sky over Lake Baldwin. Admission is free so make sure to bring the entire family.

Independence Day at Walt Disney World Resort - July 4, 9:00PM
Come and celebrate America’s independence with exciting and colorful festivals, concerts, and fireworks at the Walt Disney World Resort. At 9PM, watch  "Disney's Celebrate America! - A 4th of July Concert in the Sky" at Magic Kingdom. The holiday-inspired "IllumiNations: Reflections of the Earth" at Epcot will start at 10PM, and a special fireworks presentation at Disney's Hollywood Studios will start at 10PM. Admission to these events is already included in regular park admission.

Red, Brick and Boom at LEGOLAND Florida - July 4 - July 6, 2015
You and your kids will definitely enjoy building LEGOLAND Florida’s American Flag together right before witnessing fireworks turn into millions of exploding Lego bricks at night with the help of 3D glasses. This 4th of July weekend celebration is a 3-day event and park hours will be extended until 9PM.

Independence Day at SeaWorld Orlando - July 4, 2015 
SeaWorld Orlando's Summer Nights will feature a special 4th of July Reflections show with an expanded fireworks show choreographed to patriotic music. Admission is included in the regular park fee.

Independence Day at Universal Orlando Resort - July 4, 2015
The famous Universal 360 will get even better this 4th of July with “A Cinesphere Spectacular,” a cinematic adventure that combines cutting-edge projection technology with lasers and pyrotechnics to give movies life like never before. Admission is included in regular park admission to Universal Studios Florida.

Fireworks at the Fountain - July 4, 2015, 4:00PM-10:00PM @ Lake Eola
Celebrate the 4th of July with a picnic and free fireworks display and laser show in downtown Orlando’s Lake Eola. Bring your food and blankets for an old-fashioned summertime picnic. Activities for kids and families start at 4PM. Fireworks will light the sky as the Orlando Concert Band plays live music.  Admission is free.

Monumental 4th of July Celebration - July 4, 2015, 8:00PM-9:00PM @ Kissimmee Lakefront Park 
Enjoy a special picnic with family and friends while watching a performance by Spin Doctors.

Star Spangled Sanford - July 4, 2015, 4:00PM-10:00PM @ Ft. Mellon Park, Sanford RiverWalk
Bring your entire family for an evening of food, drinks, entertainment, and a spectacular fireworks display over Lake Monroe at the Riverwalk in Sanford. 

Celebration of Freedom - July 4, 2015, 5:00PM @ Central Winds Park in Winter Springs 
This Independence Day celebration features a kid’s zone, live music by Bailey Callahan and Ennis Pruitt and the Breakers.

Sci-Fi 4th of July - July 4, 10 @ Celebration Town Center
Wear your best Sci-Fi costume and you might win the contest happening on the 4th of July at the Celebration Town Center. There will also be lots of activities that the whole family can enjoy like games for kids, food and live music by Gina Marie Incandela, The Jonnie Morgan Band, Carly Jo Jackson, and DJ Tami.

Independence Day Celebration  - July 4, 2015, 5:00PM–10:00PM @ Oviedo Mall 
Enjoy the spirit of Independence with some shopping, concerts, and fireworks at the Oviedo Mall.

4th of July Celebration at Avalon Park - July 4, 2015, 5PM
This fun 4th of July Celebration for the entire family kicks off at 5PM with an apple pie bake-off, a hotdog-eating contest, bike parade, and other community events.

4th of July Lakefront Celebration in St. Cloud
Fireworks start at 9:15. Early birds can enjoy pre-fireworks activities and lots of entertainment.

Party in the Park - July 4, 2015, 5:00PM @ Winter Gardens
Spectacular fireworks will light the skies over Lake Apopka at the Winter Gardens starting at 5:00PM.

Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration - July 4, 2015, 9:00AM-1:00PM @ Winter Park 
The celebration starts at 9AM with  Clydesdale horse-drawn wagon rides, annual bicycle parade from City Hall to Central Park, and kids’ activities. There will also be live performances from the Back Festival Brass Band and Bach Festival Choir, Orlando Cloggers, and Rockin’ Roadster Road Show.

5K Freedom Run - July 4, 2015, 8:00AM @ Avalon Park
Celebrate freedom by running for a cause which starts at 8AM at the Avalon Park. Proceeds will help support community services and programs. 

All American Kids Parade and Breakfast - July 4, 2015, 8:00AM @ Winter Garden
The Independence Day celebrations begin at 8am with an All American Kids Parade and Breakfast. The Party in the Park starts at 5pm with fireworks lighting the sky over Lake Apopka.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, Coke Zero 400 - July 5, 2015
This event has been an Independence Day weekend tradition for nearly 50 years! Watch Kevin Harvick as he defends his title in the 400-mile, 160-lap holiday weekend classic with spectacular fireworks on and off-track at the Daytona International Speedway. Afterwards, witness the largest fireworks show in the Southeast as the checkered flag falls.
