Elite SEM ranks first on this list of best companies for millennials to work in. Currently, the company has 101 millennials employed, which makes up 91% of their total workforce. One of the biggest reasons millennials love working at Elite SEM is how the company makes them feel valued. One worker tells of how helpful and welcoming everybody is, as well as how the president of the company sets aside time to know the employees personally.

The company also offers a good work-life balance. Employees enjoy unlimited paid vacation days, and a new rule in the company makes it mandatory for employees to take a full week off on on top of other vacation days. How perfect is that?

Elite SEM is looking for individuals to fill in these job vacancies in multiple states: Shopping & Feed Manager, CRO Account Manager, Senior Media Planner, SEO Account Analyst, Paid Search Account Manager, Data Engineer, Integrated Media Strategist, and Affiliate Marketing Lead.
